FAQ

Before you book

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is at 2 pm and check-out at noon. If no one arrives after you, you can stay until 2 pm for free.

How much is the deposit?

50% within 24 hours of confirming your dates. The rest is paid at check-in.

Can I cancel?

Cancel 14 days or more before arrival for a full refund of the deposit. Closer than that, you can move your dates once.

Can I bring pets?

Yes, up to 2, if you tell us in advance and keep them out of the pool.

How late can we play music?

Until 10 pm, out of respect for the neighbours.

Is breakfast included?

No, but the kitchen is fully equipped and there's a breakfast café a 5-minute walk away.
